Tomatoes are harvested, halved and sundried. Later they are re-hydrated in water and vinegar and are seasoned with a mixture of spices, the result is a savoury and strong taste. They can be used in different ways, as starter, side dish, or to enrich salads and cold dishes, or first and second courses. These tomatoes are softer with a sweetish flavor.
