Black Gaeta olives
These olives originate from the countryside around Gaeta and are characterized by a slightly tapered shape, a violet colour and a sour and slightly wine-like taste. They are served with no seasoning, so that their taste is left intact. Perfect to enrich first courses of meat or fish.
